What exactly is a "Paz See Through Jacket?"

Jacket art for the Maxi Single CD "Heavens Divide/Koi no Yokushiryoku" (Love Deterrent) has been completed, according to the Kojima Productions blog.
Above is the jacket's Koi no Yokushiryoku side, It depicts Peace Walker's Paz character. According to the label, the first print run of the item is a "Paz See Through Jacket."
What exactly is a "Paz See Through Jacket?" The blog says you'll have to wait to find out.
