Tecmo president confirms Team Ninja titles for TGS

Tecmo gathered the press in Tokyo today for a press conference showcasing its upcoming lineup. But the big news came before the detailed product descriptions as president Yasuharu Kakihara opened up the conference with an announcement regarding Team Ninja.

Kakihara revealed that the studio behind Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive, under the leadership of Jin Hasegawa since July 1, is working away at three action games targeting the worldwide games market. These three games will be formally announced at the Tokyo Game Show, which is set to kick off in mid October.

Outside of this announcement, the press conference offered new details on previously announced titles like Wind of Nostalgio and Argos no Senshi: Muscle Impact, along with first details on a sequel to the mystery adventure game DS Nishimura Kyotaro Suspense.
