Curse You Square Enix

Square Enix made available the latest trailer for Star Ocean 4 today. As noted in this article on the main channel, the only way to see it is through YouTube or through your Xbox 360.

I was all excited about the YouTube thing because I assumed it meant that I could embed the footage here in my blog, something that would have looked like this...

... except moving.

Unfortunately, Square Enix decided to disable embedding for the video.

Looking at the 17 other clips at the Square Enix Channel, Star Ocean 4 is the only one with embedding disabled. Hopefully this isn't the start of a trend, as ease of embedding is one of the main reasons anyone would put their video clip on YouTube in the first place.

Square Enix also disabled ratings and comments. I'm not sure about the ratings, but the comments are understandable considering how stupid and worthless the comments from YouTube's general viewership tend to be.
