Capcom to release Resident Evil 5 Zippos

Capcom announced today the latest in a line of real-world Resident Evil 5 goods. Following up on the jackets from earlier in the month, the company will be offering a pair of RE5-themed Zippo lighters.

Two lighters will be available for purchase some time in late April. The lower-priced of the two is the Biohazard 5 Tattoo Motif Zippo. Priced at 7,140 yen, this Zippo is designed in the image of the tattoo sported by character Sheva Alomar in the game. A bit pricier is the Biohazard 5 BSAA Zippo. Priced at 12,390 yen, this item makes use of a Zippo #162 body for a sense of weight and includes a leather covering and a patch for the game's BSAA North America group.

Both Zippos will be offered through e-Capcom and the Phantom military surplus shop website.
