Mystery Tingle Title Revealed

The true identity of that mysterious Tingle game Nintendo has been teasing at over the past couple of weeks was at last revealed today. Not only that, but Nintendo actually released the game!

The title in question is "Dekisugi Tingle Pack," and as you might have expected given the sudden release, it's for DSi Ware. DSi owners can download the game now at 500 DSi Points.

Dekisugi Tingle Pack includes five "tools":

Tingle Fortune Telling

The fortune teller from the teaser site uses tarot cards to tell your mini fortune for love, finances and more.

Tingle Timer

A convenient timer. Robot Tingle lets you know as time passes.

Tingle Calculator

This calculator includes functionality for properly splitting the bill between men and women (you get to select the ratio yourself on a sliding scale).

Tingle Dancer

A marionette Tingle dances to music, apparently against pictures that you've taken with the DSi Camera.

Tingle Flip

A team-based game for up to 20 players.

Nintendo also opened a proper site for the game today. The site actually resembles the teaser site, with the same fortune teller serving as your navigator. You can also click on an icon at the lower left of the page to get some background on the Tingle character and the survey form from the teaser site.

Leaked reports from Famitsu also indicate that another Tingle game is in the works. Different from the DSi Ware title, this one is a full DS release titled "Tingle's Balloon Trip of Love." Expect more details on this to surface shortly.
