Capcom's Mystery Game Could be Onimusha

Square Enix's mystery game about a dragon, a boy, and a giant number 4 has some intense competition for summer's most intriguing teaser site.

Remember Capcom's teaser site from Friday? It looked like this:

A few days later, and it looks like this:

The original 1560 was crossed out on Monday to reveal 1573. That was crossed out yesterday to reveal 1582.

I'm not keen enough to notice these things for myself, but some Japanese sites pointed out that these dates correspond to the settings for the first three Onimusha games.

So is Capcom going to be reviving one of PlayStation 2's finest franchises?

We should get another clue later today, assuming the teaser site keeps on updating on a daily schedule. For the record, the fourth Onimusha game, Dawn of Dreams, takes place around 1597.
