Tales of Graces Includes Vesperia Costumes
Namco Bandai details some impressive bonus items.

It looks like Tales of Graces buyers will be getting a sampling of the mothership Tales game they might have missed out on. Namco Bandai announced today pre-order bonus items for the upcoming Wii entry in the Tales series. Prominent among the two items is a set of costumes that will outfit your Graces characters in clothing from PS3's Tales of Vesperia.
The costumes come in the form of a download code. Input this code (it's unclear where exactly -- presumably via an in-game shopping interface), and you'll be able to download costumes that dress Aspel, Sophie and Cheria as Vesperia's Yuri, Patty, and Rita. That's right, Pirate Sophie! The new costumes will be shown both in battle and during events.
What are those Vesperia costumes doing on my Graces characters?
You'll find the download code on the jacket of the other bonus item, a special DVD whose name has yet to be finalized. This DVD will include a variety of content from the game's voice staff. Details will be shared in a future update.

Graces hits on December 10. The game is priced at ¥7,329 solo, but will also be available bundled with a Wii.

I am aware of the Tales of Graces characters wearing Vesperia costumes when I saw a Famitsu scan of them days ago. I did not expect this, but Vesperia did have its characters wearing costumes from the recently-released anime film. Does this mean that there will be cameos from Vesperia in Graces?

I presume it will be just the costumes.
Can't wait for the Xbox 360 Vesperia rage once people figure out that Pirate Patty's outfit is now on Wii in addition to PS3.

I don't think mixing up Tales character outfits is the best idea. They're already as generic as anime designs can get, doing this only blurs the lines and the whole thing becomes a Tales soup in gamers recollections. While we're being silly, how about Graces costumes in Vesperia? I still think the Graces guy has the best duds of any Tales character. Yuri already has the hat to match.
