Final Fight, Zaxxon Hit Virtual Console in December

December is almost at hand. With a large lineup of quality new releases like New Super Mario Bros. and Tales of Graces, you might expect a further slow down in Nintendo retro gaming. You'd be right. There isn't much of note on the way for Virtual Console over the holiday period.

According to the just updated Virtual Console lineup page, December retro gamers can look forward to the following:

• Famicom Tantei Series Part II: Ushiro ni Tatsu Shojo (Nintendo, Famicom, 500 WiiPoints)
• Final Fight Tough (aka Final Fight 3, Capcom, Super Famicom, 800)
• The King of Fighters '95 (D4, Neo Geo, 900)
• Metal Gear (MSX, Konami, 800)
• Yie Ar Koutei no Gyakushuu (MSX, Konami, 800)
• Ordyne (Arcade, Namco Bandai, 800)
• Rompers (Arcade, Namco Bandai, 800)
• Zaxxon (Arcade, Sega, 500)

Of these, KOF, Ordyne and Rombers hit on the 1st. Everything else is due at some undisclosed point during the month.

Metal Gear and Yie Ar were previously announced for release in November but slipped to December.
