Do These Figure Skaters Look Alike to You?
If so, you just might be a Korean sports paper.

Check out these two figure skaters:
To the left, Kim Yu-na -- reining world champion, and one of the most recognized athletes in Korea.
To the right, Kim Soyon -- one of the four skaters in Spike's Kuru Kuru Princess Tokimeki Figure Mezase! Vancouver. The DS figure skating title is due for release on December 10.
Do they look alike to you? A Korean sports paper seems to think so.
As detailed at Hachimaki Korean sports paper Kukie Sports believes the character may infringe on Yu-na's "right of publicity," which is apparently something that professional athletes use to keep their likeness from being used without their approval.
Writes the paper, "While the sexy clothing is different from Kim's more standard clothing, the black straight hair and 'expression full of confidence' are unmistakably similar to Kim Yu-na."
And that's not even mentioning the similar slender figures and how they both have their hands sticking out like that. And notice how both are wearing shoes with blades that stick out from the bottom? Talk about blatant!
It should be noted that this allegation isn't being made by Kim's management company, IB Sports. In fact, IB Sports says, "It's prior to the game's release, so it's difficult to take an official stance."

How can they see the same figure out of the 2D and 3D figure? It may be different story if someone like Tsukasa Hojo drew it, but this one is just...
