Nobunaga's ambitions are at last expanding to the HD generation. A retail listing has first word on a PS3 and Xbox 360 entry in Koei's Nobunaga no Yabou series of strategy games.

Titled Nobunaga no Yabou: Tendou, this is a port of Windows game that saw release in September as the first new Nobunaga no Yabou game in four years. The game retained the basic realtime gameplay of its predecessor, Nobunaga no Yabou Kakushin, but added more strategic options for building countries, along with the new Gunyuu Haken mode.

The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions will have two new scenarios for that mode as well as the Zenkoku mode.

Both versions hit in March, priced at the usually high ¥9,240.
