New Monster Hunter for PSP
Capcom announces spinoff title at Monster Hunter tournament finals.

With over three million sales for Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G, it was only a matter of time before Capcom announced a new PSP entry in the series. The announcement came today.
In a flash report from today's Monster Hunter finals event in Tokyo, Famitsu confirms the development of a Monster Hunter spinoff title for the PSP. The game is titled "Monhan Nikki Poka Poka Airu Mura," or "Monster Hunter Diary Poka Poka Airu Village."
According to the site, details on the game were not revealed.

My heart stopped beating the moment I read this headline. Clicking on it... only to find that it was a spin off and not MH3 port to the PSP was a disappointment. I believe their MH3 PSP game is on-track for late 2010 release but CAPCOM would do well to keep that a 'secret' for as long as possible, so that their Wii game takes off more. Or maybe I am wrong and the PSP version is being pushed to 2011?

In that video, the producer says that Airu is the main character.
This sounds like it's going to be a vastly different game from Monster Hunter.
